F45 Sales & Membership Manager

Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, has strong customer service skills and is an overall self-driven salesperson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming warm/hot inbound sales leads (all new member leads will be provided, there is no "cold-calling" required in this role)
• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals
• Build strong relationships with F45 members and staff

Qualifications:

• 1-year previous sales experience, preferred but not required!
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated and passionate about health and wellbeing
• Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
