Are you looking for a career instead of a job? Being a Licensed Insurance Agent selling property and casualty insurance is an unlimited income opportunity. Currently I have 8 licensed agents and we are continuing to grow. We are one of the fastest growing Allstate agencies in the country and if you want a position that you can either learn and grow and one day own your own agency or if you are looking for a place you can retire, I have a spot and we can build a plan together.

I provide a competitive base salary, an aggressive commission(up to 15% for bundled items), monthly bonus, quarterly bonus and yearly bonus. I also have benefits; Blue Cross Health and dental, a retirement plan for those that have been with the agency with a match of 100% up to your first 3% of earned income. More importantly, we have training!!! You will become better and more proficient doing what you do.

We have a great work environment and attitude. Currently, I have sales agents earning from the low end of $45k to the high end of over $100k. The amount is only limited to how much you are able to sell.

(If you don't have your license already, it can take as little as 2 weeks to get and I reimburse for your passed test and the required pre testing course)

We have two great locations just off I 459, exit 1 in McCalla and exit 6 on the Helena/Bessemer Cutoff. You can also work from home after your training and when you write 30+ items in consecutive months.
