When we launched Epic Care Health, our vision was to provide the level of service you would receive at a high-end boutique, white gloves, and all. Today we are looking for a business development visionary that will lead us into this next year with more growth and collaborative opportunities. We are sized to pivot quickly with leadership that is easily accessible. We dont have a large board of directors, just founders that have poured their hearts and vision into creating a five-star hospice. What we want is a dynamic healthcare sales and marketing leader looking to utilize their experience, connections, and skills to expand our footprint and increase our brand. The Executive Director of Business Development will lead our program by ensuring the organizations growth, by developing a comprehensive, inclusive, and strategic business development plan and growth strategy consistent with Epic Cares mission, vision, and values.
What you'd do as the Executive Director of Business Development:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business development assessments and strategic plans for all lines of business, ensuring continued growth of the organization.
- Manage all functions related to business development, including sales, sales training, marketing, marketing communications, and branding.
- Lead the creative process to ensure our collateral, web site, social media, and other marketing communications are consistent with the Epic Cares brand and communication standards.
- Travel across our service areas to collaborate with Epic Cares community partners.
- Lead, develop, and negotiates profitable preferred provider/contract strategies/terms collaborating with and on behalf of Epic Cares stakeholders.
- Coordinates implementation activities with client organization and respective operational/sales partners developing communications, operational processes, and reporting mechanisms to maximize opportunities.
- Collaborates with all company operations, clinical, legal and compliance partners in the development and execution of preferred provider contracts.
What it takes to be Epic Cares Executive Director of Business Development:
- At least 7 years of experience in a business development or marketing and sales leadership role within the healthcare, long-term care, and/or hospice industry.
- At least 3 years of experience supervising marketing and sales teams, preferably in healthcare, long-term care and/or the hospice industry.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
