AOT Global is a global chauffeured transportation company and is growing! Our team of professionals is smart, dedicated, and enthusiastic. We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to manage our existing client relationships, grow their business with us on a global basis and to call on new client prospects.

Other Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquires via phone, email, or social media in a professional, and timely manner
• Build relationships with clients and offer our services to meet their needs
• Maintain and utilize Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) to manage all client interactions and track follow up
• Work closely with sales team and dispatch team to accommodate client requests
• Learn and stay up to date on our vehicle fleet
• Respond to RFP's.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of successful customer service experience
• Proven ability to meet/exceed assigned goals
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• Must possess a high level of professional etiquette, while being enthusiastic, and outgoing
• Ability to adapt to various working styles such as self-directed, and working in a team
• Possess self-discipline to work independently and perform tasks under deadline
• Must be able to learn quickly and follow written and verbal directions
• Must be able to take detailed notes
• Ability to multi-task between phone, email, and reservation software
• Excellent organization skills and project management skills
• Proficiency with web-based programs and Microsoft Office
• Minimum typing speed of 38-40 words per minute
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work under stress and be a quick problem solver
• Reliable transportation is necessary
• Dispatch experience a plus
• Call center experience a plus
• Enjoy working with a team and accomplishing common goals
