We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Assist in wireless activations, upgrades and new lines

- Conduct product demos and explain technology features to customers

- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus

- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies

- Familiarity with technology products and their specifications

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
