A family owned, customer service dedicated company is looking to hire an experienced New Home Sales Consultant. Weaver Homes is looking for a tenacious, energetic Sales Consultant with a passion for the industry and a passion to help families find the perfect home and neighborhood for their future. Experience in new home sales is a must as part of the job requires knowledge about relaying construction details to prospective homeowners.

Your office will be a beautiful model home and the necessary hours are Thursday - Monday 12-5pm plus any time necessary to meet with prospective homeowners.

Dedication to serving and solving the needs of new homeowners is critical as you will guide prospects through the process of purchasing and building their dream home.

This is a fully commissioned sales position with a training salary to start. Which means once on commission, the sky is the limit for income potential. Our commission is one of the most generous in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
