Farrell Equipment is seeking a Showroom Specialist/Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Sartell, MN location.

With the construction finished in our new showroom we are looking for a team member who can help us get the new showroom merchandised. Primary-roll of this position will be heading up the showroom layout, anything from product placement to moving gondolas to new locations. This is not a temporary position! Once the showroom is reset you will be in charge of keeping the showroom stocked and looking clean, as well as working with our great customers as an inside sales representative. Finally, with all the new products we bring in, you will be in charge of making sure they are displayed properly.

Farrell Equipment and Supply is family-owned and operated since 1968. Based out of Eau Claire, WI, we have 10 locations located throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Essential Job Duties:

• Merchandise the showroom
• Keep showroom fully stocked and clean, on a regular basis
• Merchandise new product when it comes in
• Help customers at the front counter
• Provide quotes as requested from customers
• Provide customers with pricing and product information
• Handle customer orders in a prompt manner
• Assist the outside sales team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Self-motivated
• Excellent customer service skills

Store Hours: M-F 7 a.m 5 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
