To make sure we get the right fit, Big #1 is offering a Base + Commission pay plan for the right experienced salesperson. If you have grown tired of the sales job you are in, but still have a passion for the sales process, take a closer look at Big #1.

We offer 2 consecutive days off each week (closed Sunday and Monday).

Hours: Tues-Sat 8:40 6:00. Average work week of around 45 hours.

Desired qualifications include:

• 5 years minimum sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Sales Position Description:

• Meet and Greet customers on the floor or through inbound phone calls and emails
• Log customer data into a CRM
• Follow up with customers periodically through outbound phone calls, emails and text messages
• Help guide customers through the decision-making process of choosing the right vehicle
• Nurture your customer base for repeat sales and referrals

$75,000-$100,000 Annually

$50,000 Base + Generous Commission Plan
