Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Specialist at National Auto Plaza, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase options to customers.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Negotiation: Collaborate with customers to negotiate pricing and terms that meet their budget and preferences while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with customers to address any questions or concerns, provide updates on new inventory, and encourage repeat business.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, finance department, and other departments to facilitate smooth transactions and exceed customer expectations.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Prior automotive sales experience is not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
