Job Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, relational equity environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with both internal and external C-level executives, you will propose new business ideas to improve revenue.
Role & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Travis Watkins Tax services and offerings.
- Continually gather information prevalent to industry and business trends.
- Provide timely and accurate reports, as required.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Attend and participate in business meetings/speaking events/trade events that impact the business.
Must Haves for This Role:

- A knack for overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting.
- Strong MS Office, HubSpot, and knowledge of CRM systems

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
- Bachelors degree in business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years combined sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close.
