Position Overview:

This person will play a large role in expanding our market presence and driving growth. As a Roofing Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering growth within the roofing sales division. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and leveraging your roofing expertise to drive success in sales.

Duties:

Recruit skilled sales representatives, prioritizing those with roofing experience and proven sales records.

Develop and execute training programs to enhance sales reps' roofing and insurance process knowledge.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize sales team performance.

Set and monitor clear sales targets, implementing strategies to address any performance gaps.

Cultivate a collaborative team environment focused on continuous learning and development.

Establish and maintain KPIs to assess sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making.

Ensure sales reps deliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Utilize roofing expertise to guide reps in handling complex customer inquiries and claims.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

Proven roofing industry experience with comprehensive knowledge of materials and installation processes.

Demonstrated success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Previous experience recruiting and managing high-performing sales teams, emphasizing coaching and development.

Expertise in roofing-related insurance processes, including claims negotiation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and drive performance.

Ability to set ladders and climb roofs.

Valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
