Regional Sales Manager

Tejas Maintenance Services Corp is seeking experienced air filtration industry experts to expand our customer base and product offerings. We have offered wholesale distribution and installation services to customers throughout Texas since 1941 through Dustless Air Filter Company, American Filtration and Pan-American Filtration. PRIOR AIR FILTER INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities

Develop customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities, and coaching sales representatives.

Specify and recommend products based on survey of customer needs and product knowledge.

Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and annual budget in support of company goals.

Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting customer requirements, analyzing sales data, and initiating corrective actions.

Support human resource objectives by recruiting, training, and coaching team members.

Manage direct reports by providing training, coaching, performance assessment, counseling, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Review compensation strategies and make recommendations

National Air Filter Association (NAFA) certification preferred

Bachelors degree preferred

Computer skills including Excel and sales software required

Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000 plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
