Horne Kia is now hiring Automotive Sales Professionals to our Elite Team. We are the #1 Kia store, in the State. We are a family owned and operated auto group, which is great for you because we do not treat you like a number, but more like an Impactful Part of our Team.

We have an Aggressive Pay Plan, great work schedule, and most Importantly INVENTORY! We have close to 700 in our pipeline, and Over 200 New on Ground!

If you are a 20 Car Sales Associate: You can make your own Schedule.

So if you are a Seasoned Sales Associate, or New to Automotive- We would like to chat with you.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and make follow-up calls on sales appointments
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Generate appointments
• Follow up with leads
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

• Must have strong computer and phone skill
• Bilingual, Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience in Automotive Sales preferred
• Working knowledge of Dealersocket is a plus
• Must have a pleasant phone voice and excellent writing skills
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer and phone skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a Current/ Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,482.10 - $200,000.00 per year
