As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Present and promote our services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or waste management industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of portable restroom and dumpster services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
