Job Summary
The Client Consultant is will maintain current customers and identify potential opportunities within existing customer base, while creating new business opportunities within the designated market and segment. Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers and prospective customers
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and utilize market segmented sales campaigns and presentations
- Sell services by estimating and bidding on new construction, remodels, retro-fits, modifications, upgrades, and service agreements
- Track and respond to bid market, bid specification, and plans to prepare competitive bids
- Ensure good communication and response times for both external and internal customers
- Stay current on industry trends to ensure marketing of current products
- Develop and sustain relationships with architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering firms
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with industry partners.
- Be a liaison between customers, Engineering, and Project Managers during project development
- Participate in trade industry organizations
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Associates degree in related field, Bachelors preferred, or relevant experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated, driven, self-starter
- Experience in estimating projects
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to learn new applications as needed
- Knowledge of cost accounting and experience creating budgets
- Ability to travel regionally
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel daily to client locations and work sites
- Level 1: Sedentary Work
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional walking and/or standing on uneven and/or unimproved surfaces
- Must be able to life 15 pounds at time
