Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for classic cars and luxury automobiles, and who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of Blackbridge Motors' offerings, including custom features and available restomod options, to effectively communicate value and benefits to potential clients.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, leveraging insights to strategically position Blackbridge Motors and its offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and forecasts to the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of and passion for classic cars and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation:
- This is a position offering competitive rates, with the potential for significant earnings based on sales performance.
- Additional incentives and bonuses for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Location:
- Blackbridge Motors is based in Norwalk, CT, but we are open to remote candidates who can effectively manage their sales territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
