We are seeking an innovative and highly driven Financial Sales Support Coordinator to proactively support Financial Advisors and assist with efficient and high-quality client service. The Financial Sales Support Coordinator performs duties which directly impact the client experience. The Financial Sales Support Coordinator supports the Financial Advisors in preparing and processing documentation related to client implementation and on-going maintenance. In addition to client involvement, the role will be responsible for helping our advisors with the daily needs of their business.
Duties include:
Prepare and process documentation related to client onboarding and maintenance including account applications, transfer documents and other forms as required.
Follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.
Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks that support the client relationship as assigned by the Financial Advisors and log all activities in the firms CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform client and prospect data entry in the firms CRM. Ensure data accuracy and integrity and keep records current on existing and prospective clients.
Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients by handling basic inquiries and gathering information.
Positively engage with all members of the team in a professional office setting to support and advance Kruse Woods culture.

Qualifications:
- Work well in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pass background check
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
Education/Experience:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree required
- Securities license is preferred but not required (will be a requirement within the first year of employment)
