Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate) Claremont, CA.

Local Real Estate Company seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to implement all-inclusive oversight to a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate. This is a career position and we are seeking someone who will take responsibility and ownership of the portfolio. You will work with our team of leasing, maintenance, and bookkeeping staff to provide excellent service to our owner clientele and tenants.

Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and possess exceptional leadership skills. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or Similar a PLUS!

Qualifications successful candidates for the position will possess the following qualifications:

• College degree in Finance/Real Estate/Economics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills/Self Starting/Decisive.
• Property Management experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager or Similar
• Current Sales License from the California Department of Real Estate.

Job Description - Commercial Property Management involves a combination of office and field work. Responsibilities would include and not be limited to the following:

Property Management

• Administration and oversight of all property, ownership, and tenant files under contract with The Renken Company and thorough use of Yardi Voyager.
• Assist with vendor procurement, scheduling, and oversight (as directed by Senior Property Manager) - to include calls for routine maintenance, repairs, emergencies, etc.
• Tenant relations - tenant assistance, rules enforcement (via phone, letter, e-mail, etc.) problem solving, lease administration, notices, rent reminders, etc.
• Perform data collection necessary to facilitate rental surveys, market reports, etc.
• Any other reasonable task that may be necessary from time-to-time for the successful operation, of any property under contract with The Renken Company

Brokerage

• Implementation of any necessary advertising, promotion, and marketing of the properties under contract with The Renken Company (fliers, print ads, internet postings, etc.)
• Preparation of Leases, Purchase Contracts, Amendments, Addenda, etc. in draft and final form.
• Assist broker with any processes necessary during purchase and/or sale escrow periods
• Appointment scheduling, showing, and collection of application materials as they relate to any sales and/or leasing activity (to include confidential credit report screening).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
