Job Summary: Cutting Edge Countertops is looking for a Sales Coordinator. This is a full-time role, working in our beautiful retail showroom located in Perrysburg, Ohio. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting with sales administration across three Value Streams and five markets, while also ensuring excellent customer service and utilizing technology to streamline processes.

Essential Functions
Sales Administration Support:
- Assist the Sales Director in managing sales administration tasks across multiple Value Streams and markets
- Complete assigned projected aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assisting Sales staff on customer follow-ups
- Utilize company technology to review customer and project information accurately and efficiently.
Customer Communication and Follow-Up:
- Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and following up as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Assist in revenue generation efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Appointment Scheduling and Showroom Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as booking appointments for customers visiting the showroom
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about our products and services as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales-related tasks.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License required
Skills:
- Computer knowledge to access product information
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Self-starter and motivated to support our internal team
- Motivated and self-directed

- Conscientious about quality of work
- Customer-focused
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in a showroom environment or office.
Physical Demands:
