Account Executive / Inside Sales / B2B
Florence Filter is seeking an energetic Sales Professional. We are looking for an ambitious individual who has experience contacting warm and cold leads to establish New Business.

Compensation / Benefits
- Hourly Compensation

Job Requirements
- Must be comfortable with working a combination of warm and cold leads.
- Must be adaptable and open to positive coaching
- Must have a demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections .
- Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Must be comfortable with having performance evaluated based on key performance indicators.
- Must be experienced in B2B sales, outbound calling, account management, and CRM.
- Must be proficient with current computer operating systems such as Linux, Windows and Google Suite.
- Ideal candidate would have a background working with any of the following :
- HVAC installation/maintenance
- HVAC Contracting
- General Contracting
- Paint booths
- Spray booths
- Powder coating
- Finishing and staining
- Florence Filter has an excellent training program. We are willing to train motivated sales professionals to be Air filtration specialists.

- New Account Generation
Compensation structure
- Earn a percentage New and Reactivation customers
- Residual commission for Existing/Recurring customer orders.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Additional Incentives/Spiffs/Bonuses
In addition to an hourly wage, the Account Executive will be eligible for commissions based on invoiced sales with different percentages on New Accounts, React Accounts, and Existing/Recurring accounts.
