I am looking for the best of the best, a top performer to join the team, someone who can rise to the top in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
This is a Sales Position. There is no cap on the income you earn. As a team member you will work under an existing Agent learning the business.
There is plenty of opportunity for upward mobility. With raises in base salary and bonuses come greater responsibilities and greater expectations.
Candidates should have high aspirations and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. Prior insurance or sales experience not required, but sales aptitude is a must.
Duties include:
- Manage current accounts/clients, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial planning options
- Providing excellent customer service
