Latino Factor is a company dedicated to the distribution, marketing, and sale of Latino products in Texas. We have been named Best Place to Work 6 years in a row and are currently hiring a Route Sales Representative in Austin and would love for you to join us!

What does the job entail?

Sales

• Negotiate shelf space and introduction our products in supermarkets, convinience stores, gas statios, meet markets, restaurants and taqueras.
• Knowledge in retail sales
• You would use your knowledge on our promotions and products to successfully sell product to the clients on your route
• Offer our product to our customers
• Maintain a excellent service

Customer Service

• Maximize sales through strong customer service
• Proudly represent the company out in the market and deliver exceptional customer service to clients by properly stocking product, merchandising, and rotating product
• Build rapport and relationships with clients

Driving

• You would be driving our box trucks to deliver and sell Latino products to our costumers in your assigned route

Inventory Management

• Place product order, review it and upload it every day before leaving the warehouse
• Responsible for truck cleanliness, inventory, and equipment
• Close daily sales with check in clerk

What is needed?

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean background check
• Authorization to work in the US
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
