Company looking for full time proven, capable, Leasing Agent to present and lease apartment homes. The goal is to recruit potential residents, convert to actual ones and achieve and maintain high occupancy rates while adhering to company standards and ethics.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Report to Property Manager with regard to leasing activities, resident inquiries, maintenance
activity, marketing needs and community outreach.
-Present community and provided amenities in positive light to prospective residents by providing
excellent customer service.
-Advertise and lease available apartment townhomes using a variety of media and promoting materials. Stay
current in knowledge and up to date on local property market status.
-Determine needs, standards and economic viability of prospective residents. Confirm rental
application data and references.
-Create resident files, record traffic and all related information to resident files. Prepare and
execute lease agreements.

-Inspect apartment homes as needed for move in
-Work with maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and service
requests are completed to company standards.

Job Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent. (Preferred) Minimum 1 year residential leasing agent experience.
*Excellent communication and persuasive marketing and leasing skills -

*Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices

*Proven track record of successful leasing record.

*Ability to work independently.
