Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who wants to make an impact through growing our team. We are a locally owned and growing Commercial Cleaning Company in the Fort Myers area seeking a highly motivated, positive and confident individual with excellent verbal and telephone communication skills to be our Recruiter/Sales Assistant.
You will be managing job ads, screening candidates including reviewing applications and resumes, making phone calls and interviews. Move candidates through the hiring system. Orientation and onboarding of new employees. Employee engagement activities. Actively finding ways to reach out and get in front of potential applicants. Work as part of our sales team through research activities and initial reach out calls.
Adept computer skills required to maintain databases and to assist with marketing projects. Social Media posting, monthly newsletter and other duties as assigned.
This is a position is a full-time position. Professional office setting. Business hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
We offer:
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour, with the availability to go to salary in the future.

Qualifications:
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must have no fear of cold calling, rejection, or difficult conversations.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Must be able to able to accurately input data into our hiring system.
- MS Office Programs (word, excel, outlook, & power point).
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer (desktop, laptop and IPad) and other electronic equipment.
- Must have a proven track record of good communication & follow through.
- Be able to work with a team in a collaborative environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must care about quality and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to take legible handwritten notes when necessary.
- Must be willing to do data entry.
- Experience working in a HR department or familiarity with HR processes is a plus.
