We are seeking an experienced leasing agent to join our dynamic team at Axiom Properties in Franklin, WI. As an experienced leasing agent, you will play a key role in helping prospective residents find their perfect home in one of our premier apartment communities.

Hourly Salary Plus Healthy Commission Structure (Based on Experience) $17-1$19 hr

Responsibilities of an Experienced Leasing Agent:

• Manage leasing activities for our apartment communities, including showing units to potential residents, answering questions, and processing applications.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents, including creating and distributing marketing materials and hosting community events.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including leases, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications for an Experienced Leasing Agent:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a leasing agent in the multifamily housing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and communicate effectively with team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in AppFolio Property Management Software and Microsoft Office.
