Residential Sales Representative

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented sales representative to earn a great living while maintaining a good work-home life balance. The pest control industry offers something most in-home sales companies can't, year round, recession proof work with no nights and no Sunday's required.

The Ideal candidate must be articulate in presentation, be willing to learn pest control construction, apply the role of a true consultant, and be a person of integrity and relentless optimism.

In-Home Sales:

People are investing record amounts into their homes and spending more time there than ever before post-covid.

As a full-time sales representative you'll be trained on the most modern methods of protecting peoples homes from pests and nuisance wildlife including the use of construction barriers and exclusion systems. Our pest exclusion systems include our Metal-X (Foundation Wrap), Ridge-Guard System, Gutter- Glove, Spray Foam Insulation and Crawl Space Encapsulation services. These exclusion products are in high demand as residents spend additional time at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Residential In-Home Sales
• No cold calling
• 3-4 pre-set warm leads per day from incoming calls
• Analyze customer pest problems and help families protect their homes.
• Help customers save money with long-term permanent solutions
• Inspect structures for deficiencies to propose necessary pest control & pest proofing services
• Keep accurate records to follow-up with prospective clients

• Track record of sales success in outside sales or construction related sales
