Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Support Lead has an important role in managing pricing oversight and all billing processes for PQs corporate accounts. The role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, strong customer (internal and external) service skills and a clear communication style.
Scope
This PQ Corporate role oversees pricing and billing for customers who purchase from a variety of PQs plants, works closely with corporate finance on invoicing and will be based in the Malvern PQ office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages contracts and contract escalation pricing periods
- Ensures pricing is accurate to current contract validity period
- Supports internal teams with pricing oversite and SAP support
- Responsible for processing all billing for corporate accounts and other accounts as required
- Issues Debits and Credits for pricing adjustments, rebate procedures, freight demurrage charges
- Works closely with corporate account managers to provide order status updates and pricing reports
- Manages all corporate account portals and EDI exchanges with customers and plants
- Maintain relationships with key accounts
- Create training materials by revising process documents and creating SOPs
- Maintains Item Proposals and Customer Master Info Records
- Makes updates as needed to Customer Master information
- Proactively drives month end and quarter close processes and procedures
- General sales support duties (issuing literature & SDS, collects BOLs & PO documentation from CSRs ect)
- Directs phone calls and emails to the appropriate PQ contact
- Comply with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and requirements
- Comply with company policies
- Other duties as assigned or required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree or similar on the job experience of minimum of 5 years
- Experience with SAP (Invoicing, Pricing, Debits & Credits, Customer Master ect)
- Understanding of sales contracts
- Solid understanding of price indexes, variable costs and pricing schedules
- Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- Uploading and downloading files from online Portals
- Clear and consistent communication style with customers and internal stakeholders
