JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting:
- Prospect for motivated sellers.
- Daily review and respond to all new leads submitted to company CRM.
- Keep CRM Updated.
- Continually follow up/return calls of new leads to determine need and potential fit.
- Schedule appointments with prospects.
- Manage prospect pipeline.
- Build rapport with clients.
- Make phone calls and drive identified neighborhoods to develop new leads.
Acquisitions:
- Effectively qualify and disqualify leads to maximize time, efficiency and conversions.
- Call prospects to qualify seller motivation.
- Run comparable values.
- Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate win/win solutions for both parties.
- Walk properties, take pictures, and calculate repair estimates.
- Process and submit all required paperwork to Transaction Coordinator.
- Update CRM daily.
Closing:
- Provide Transaction Coordinator and Operations Department with all needed paperwork and information required to close sale.
QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
