Job Summary:

Oversee the daily operations of the parts department as it pertains to parts sales, supporting outside road salesmen, and waiting on walk-in customers.

Essential Duties:

• Support the parts department with the daily operations
• Communicate with and respond to the needs of outside salesmen and parts/service team.
• Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls.
• Requires great organizational skills and will require the individual to be a strong self-starter.
• Organize and maintain a system for incoming and outgoing parts sales.
• Organize and maintain a system for ordering and securing nonstock parts.
• Effectively communicate with team members as it pertains to duties and responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

• Education This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Environments:

• Noise levels are quiet to moderate at times.
• The physical exertion is moderate, and work is performed in an office setting.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• The employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
