Office Sales Secretary Associate

In this position, you will make sales, follow up on leads, and perform basic data entry. This position requires cross training in other areas such as scheduling, billing, & utilizing our CRM on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must be able to learn new programs and software quickly.
• Use current CRM to manage new customers, leads and opportunities.
• Execute sales and follow up with potential and current customers, based on suggested scripts.
• Answer phones and assist current and potential customers with any questions or concerns.
• Respond promptly to company emails and messages.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to type professional correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• Must possess and project a positive energy within the workplace.
• Prior experience in sales is a big plus.

Job Type: Part-time/seasonal/Full Time during season

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
