We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. About
Buffalo River Truss started in 2014 after brothers, Mahlon and Monroe Miller noticed something after years of agricultural and small commercial construction: there wasn't a good option for steel trusses in the South-centera,U.S. region.
Growing up doing construction with their brothers, Mahlon and Monroe had worked with a variety of both wooden and steel trusses. With quality steel trusses being hard to find they decided to look at building them.
That is when they started Buffalo River Truss LLC. With an emphasis on quality raw materials and best welding practices, the company continues to grow and offer metal trusses that take agricultural construction and aesthetics to the next level!
Responsibilities
- Achieve Growth: Successfully manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Recruitment and Coaching: Own the recruiting process, set objectives, coach team members, and monitor their performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about emerging markets, shifts, and competitor products.
Qualifications
- Experience: Required track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels.
- Sales Process Management: Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Business Acumen: Strong industry expertise and business sense.
- People Management: Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Prefer BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
