West Coast Cure is looking for an energetic and goal driven Account Manager!

Position Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, growing and being the face of our brand to our valued customers. In this role, you must be able to multitask, work quickly, and efficiently as well as be self-motivated within a dynamic, ever-changing work environment. This role is a full-time inside sales position working on-site at our Corporate Offices in Irvine.

THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of business
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that translates into more revenue
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline from the book of business of existing accounts you are assigned.
  • Relay feedback from customers to the marketing, customer support, procurement, and logistics teams on a regular basis
  • Maintain CRM database and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities and address client pain points and barriers to success
  • Utilizes feedback, data, sales trends, etc. to share ideas and insights to improve products, services, strategies, promotions, and sales
  • Partner with Account executives to identify accounts with growth potential in your book and create plans to increase revenue

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customer service with the resolution of customer and client facing problems
  • Responsible for submitting all orders and upselling everyone in their book of business
  • Develop , plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership to make educated decisions around real time data
  • Monitor sales metrics as requested by the Executive and Leadership teams and hit monthly and quarterly goals
  • Forecast accurate sales number monthly including growth
  • Assist in the alignment between marketing and sales initiatives to ensure launches are on time and coordinated
  • Be 2nd level backup support for the Account Executives by inputting their orders as needed by them when they are out in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field or 2 years of related industry experience with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry and strong product knowledge desired, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Client workings and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in working with computer/web software, including Asana, Slack, MS Office and Email
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cross training which may include but not limited to: METRC, Quickbooks, Sales Order Processing, Compliance and any other applications used by WCC.

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000
