• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives in the field.
• Drive sales representatives to achieve their targets by providing on-field guidance and support.
• Conduct extensive training sessions on our products and services.
• Work closely with the office and other sales managers to ensure seamless communication and support.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in direct sales.
• Proven track record of successful sales management.
• Willingness to work in the field and knock doors 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commissions.
• Earnings of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, plus bonuses.
