TC Staffing specializes in light industrial positions as well as all areas in Office staffing.

Flexible for the right person to be part time or full time.

Hourly pay to start will be based on your experience

Office hours are M-F 8 am to 5 pm

We are looking to fill 2 spots in our growing company for outside sales, we are located in Tolleson, AZ

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities: will include but not limited to
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in business development or technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Previous experience in technical sales or account management is advantageous

Must be used to being in the field on a daily basis

Must have your own car and a valid driver's license
