Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales/Marketer to join our team and help us expand our reach, increase brand awareness, and drive growth for our senior care services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of the senior care industry, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our senior care services and increase client referrals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and senior living facilities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage potential clients and referral partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
