JOB DESCRIPTION

Unique Home Solutions is a privately owned home remodeling company. Since 1983, weve grown to be one of the nations largest specialty remodelers. Servicing central Indiana and northeast Ohio, we are currently seeking In-Home Sales Consultants in the Cleveland/Akron Market. Construction sales experience a plus but not required.

First year income potential = $80,000 - $120,000

This is a salary plus commission plus bonus position. We provide all upfront and ongoing training. Pre-set leads are relative to home and office and no overnights are necessary/ required.

DUTIES
- Meet with pre-set and confirmed leads
- Gain trust and rapport quickly

- Provide products with non-prorated warranties that include labor

- Represent installers that are employed by Unique
- Provide home inspections and educate consumers
- Set and overachieve sales goals

REQUIREMENTS
- Quickly build rapport
- Open availability
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to lift 60lbs
- Willing to learn
