Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Tropical Fish Wholesaler

Location: Plant City, FL

Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our customers' needs, showcase our extensive range of tropical fish, and effectively close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Showcase our diverse inventory of tropical fish, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Provide expert advice on tropical fish care, tank setups, and compatibility to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Manage and process customer orders with a keen attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales or a related role.
• Passion for tropical fish and a basic understanding of their care requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Additional Requirements:

• Data entry experience is a plus.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not required.
