Company Description

Global Interpreting Services, LLC, is the largest provider of Interpreting and translation services in our area and has been in business for over 25 years. We provide services to some of the largest organizations in the area. We work in the Detroit metro area and have had great success.

Qualifications

• This is a junior-level position.

• 3-4 years in sales experience required.

• Internal and External Sales experience necessary

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• To conduct the necessary reading and research on an ongoing basis to obtain and maintain a working knowledge of the industries and key accounts that Global sells to.

• Identify, develop, and grow customer accounts in the designated region.

• Work with other Global functional groups to ensure that any customer issues are addressed and that Global receives accurate communication of customer needs or issues and prompt payment.

expected to spend their time:

• Actively seeking and developing new opportunities through cold calling, email, etc.

• Identifying key accounts in the region and developing action plans to gain Global exposure and penetration into those businesses.

• Maintaining contact with customers and prospective customers to ensure accurate understanding of their needs and wants as they pertain to Globals services. At times, this may include customer visits.

• General account development, managing activities and converting all opportunities to closure.

• Maintaining customer accounts in Globals CRM system to accurately show customer status, activity and forecasting; other routine reporting functions as required.

• To execute consultative sales activities to customers with focus on Globals added value differentiators of legacy, company, performance and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
