Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. We have two positions available, a full time (5 days a week) and a four day a week position.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales in our gallery in beautiful Wellfleet, Cape Cod. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about art and sustainable living and enjoy working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding beautiful pieces of art and furniture to add to their collection.
- process transactions accurately using our Square POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized gallery environment
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their experience
- Stay up-to-date with assisting clients who have specific art in mind, keeping them informed as to new art arriving through out the season that may appeal to them and their design needs.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new work and processing for gallery display.

- Work all Gallery art exhibitions and openings through out the summer season.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gallery sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with operating a Square POS system and handling cash transactions

Pay: $18.04 - $19.17 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
