Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and opportunities.

4. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.

5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and targets.

6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

7. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
