Sales Associate / Retail Shoe Store

Snyder Shoes - Ludington, MI

Approx.: Potential for full or part-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating a great experience for our customers!

Maintaining a clean and presentable store.

Stocking shelves, balancing inventory.

"Opening and Closing" responsibilities.

Sale set up/tear down.

Continuing education on product knowledge.

Merchandising.

Essential Job Function:

A love and enthusiasm for helping others is a MUST!

Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and be comfortable standing, squatting and climbing stairs.

Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Attention to detail, willing to learn, reliable, honest, team player and exhibits a sense of urgency and responsibility.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required.

Package:

Full time position with a Healthcare Option, Simple IRA, Paid Time Off (PTO)..

Part-time position will have an opportunity to have a Simple IRA.
