Casey Insurance Group/Brokers are Marine Insurance Specialists. We are looking to add a dependable and concentrated Agent Support Specialist with a 4-40 license, a passion for helping customers and demonstrating an interest in learning more about our products.

Base Pay: $45,000 year salary + Bonuses + Benefits

*Property & Casualty | 4-40 License & Commercial Lines Experience Required! *

Experience

• Must have a valid (4-40 Insurance License)
• 1-year experience in the insurance industry (preferred but not required)
• Customer service
• Data entry processing
• 1-year experience in Commercial lines (preferred but not required)
• Microsoft Office
• Inter-office protocol

Responsibilities

• Answering customer service calls and emails to gather client information to evaluate their service needs.
• Overseeing renewals and retention processing for existing clients
• Quoting new business leads and processing policy changes as needed
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Responsibilities may be subject to change depending on business growth and needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
