Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy, dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a background in information technology and excellent communications skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding technology products, answering customer questions, providing remote troubleshooting and providing regular status updates to management.

Responsibilities:

• Be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers.
• Identify and understand the service needs of customers.
• Gather details about the customer's service needs.
• Empathize with customer's situation.
• Expand knowledge of product offerings and company information.
