- The Position: Were looking for a Business Developer who wants to earn their way up the ladder. The pay range were offering is 30k to 60k plus open ended generous commission.
- We offer 401k (give 3% of salary yearly), mileage & phone allowance, paid vacation, and health benefits.
- We also provide annual bonuses.
- Build a personal book of recurring business commission
Requirements:
- Great attitude, and high ethical standards
- Highly driven person that can follow a plan
- Service minded
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Experienced in cold calling and knocking on commercial business doors
Responsibilities:
- Follow a list of proven prospecting activities (client visits, phone calls, emails, and more)
- Develop relationships through a variety of spheres of influence
- Consult with clients & prospects utilizing Quinlans extensive experience & database
- Embrace team approach to providing best solutions
