Our Sales controller left after 6 years. This rare opportunity opens up a position that we need to fill immediately. We are looking for one person to work the hours necessary to get the job done.
Duties include;
-All aspects of marketing a vehicle: including internet posting, visual sale displays,Information and buyers disclosures, final visual inspection as well as driving vehicle and submitting any repair request forms to service department.
- Lot management
- Assist Service Advisor
- Winter weather duties
- Conduct sales activities for pre-owned vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
- Auction/emission/recall runs
-DOT walk-in registrations
-Minor vehicle fixes
-Occasional shuttle duty
-Rotation/starting vehicles/wash
-Craigslist/email management
Frey Automotive is an independent Automotive sales/repair/towing facility that has been in business for 28 years. We are looking for an outgoing individual that is motivated, has a great attitude, works well with others, willing to go the extra mile, and will fit well in with the rest of the Frey Automotive family. We are looking for a long term commitment, this is not a seasonal position.
Pay is hourly along with weekly sales commissions and monthly incentive bonus. Benefits include; Health insurance contribution, paid holidays, paid time off, supplied apparel, and simple plan retirement matching,

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
