Job Overview:

The Lynn Paschall State Farm Agency is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and experienced Insurance Agent to join our sales team! As an Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience and excellent communication skills to thrive in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

- Educate clients on different insurance options and help them make informed decisions

- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance policies, and maintain knowledge of new products.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives

Requirements

- A Property & Casualty license (must be willing to obtain)

- Life and Health license (nice to have)

- 2+ years insurance experience (preferred)

- Highly self- motivated with experience in sales or customer service roles.

- Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

- Possess a genuine williness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and to be coachable.

- Career minded vision.

Work setting:

- Full-Time, in office
