On Target Staffing seeking experienced Outbound Outreach Specialist for our busy Hampstead location!

This part time, temp to hire opportunity is Tuesday Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, starting $18hr.

Salesforce experience is required.

Clean criminal background check and clean drug test is required.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible with assisting the outreach department with following up and reaching out to individuals at different companies, establishing initial contact, and arranging introductory calls with our team. Your primary goal is to nurture relationships with potential clients and create opportunities for meaningful engagements.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our services and set up introductory calls.
• Work with Outreach team to identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up with Customers with calls and email answering all questions.
• Work with Marketing Team weekly on updating customer list.
• Report on call metrics and track progress toward lead generation goals.
