American Health Formulations is looking for a Supplements Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads and develop own customer base to achieve annual sales goals.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, while building and protecting company image and reputation in the industry.
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure customer requirements are met, orders are completed on time, shipments are being pick up and payments received on time.
• Generate monthly sales report for review.
• Delivers prompt responses for all domestic sales activities and customer inquiries every day.
• Handle all incoming inquiries via emails and calls, maintaining sales email account.
• Reports to the office daily. Calls, emails or WeChat with CEO for individual and group meetings when out of the office.
• Attend trade shows and industry conventions.
• Generate business from new clients using trade shows, social media, cold calls, etc.
• Follow the company all related SOPs and Policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good written and oral communication skills
• High level of organization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed.
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
• Proficient MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs

Education Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• BS in Business or Marketing
• Prior business to business sales experience in the dietary supplement contract manufacturing industry

Compliance with New York State Human Rights Pay Transparency Law, the annual base salary range for this position is $60k-$80k. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
