Responsibilities:

Consult, educate and assist people in the purchase and/or sale of property

Networking and prospecting using KWs proven systems and models

Showing properties and helping clients purchase their dream home

Marketing properties and working with home sellers

Negotiating contracts and closing sales

Staying up to date on the local real estate market

Practice and improve your skills for better conversion

Requirements:

A desire to have control over your professional growth

Strong communication and networking skills

The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

A valid real estate license/or be willing to get one

The ability to devote your time to growing your real estate business
