The Sales Specialist is expected to self-generate appointments every day by asking for referrals. They are responsible for preparing proposals for the customers that incorporate value selling techniques. The Consultant is required to run appointments and close sales. This position is also expected to provide an avenue of growth for all sales representatives.

Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• Follow-Up with company generated leads for Residential prospects
• Prospect for new residential homeowners from referrals, new home builders, construction reports, cold-call visits, and canvassing neighborhoods
• Network with customers at Guardian sponsored exhibits
• Follow-up with the customer after the installation to ensure proper expectations have been met

Experience Preferred:

• Security Sales
• Technical Background
• Self Generation of Sales

Education Preferred:

• High School diploma or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
